The name is kind of general, and with good reason. This sickness can be anything from a little upset tummy to a full-blown, hold nothing back, tossing of one’s cookies. It can be different for the other pregnant women. The sickness can also appear at any time or throughout the day. In mine, the sickness usually happens in the morning, when I get up from my bed, sometimes throughout the day. If I feel sick in the morning, I will try to get up slowly from the bed, don’t get up too fast. After that, eat a few of biscuit and hot tea or hot water, in my experiences it will make my body nicer. Thanks to God that this condition is not continue until the second trimester of my pregnancy, just for three months only.
