And about carving, some of pregnant woman get this problem. Cravings are extreme longings for a strange food or strange combination of food that can appear any time during pregnancy. In theory, these cravings can occur anytime during a pregnancy. But theory sometimes is different with the reality. In reality, these cravings always occur in the dead of night on the coldest day of the year. Maybe the craving happens because the pregnant woman wants to get attention of their husband. If not now, when more? It is the nice time to get husband’s attention. Many husbands usually do everything in his power to satisfy his wife, even if this means making a quick road trip to somewhere far. It is worth it for the peace of mind and the quiet many husbands receive for making the pregnant wife happy.

Food Aversion and Craving
In the first trimester of pregnancy stages, I have food aversion. I can’t eat too much and I am very lazy to eat something meal. If I smell of garlic, I get the queasy. Because of that condition I can’t cook any meal for me and husband, we usually bough the meal outside. I just like a fresh fruit to eat. In my pregnancy I like eating mangoes and bananas. I have read in pregnancy book that in bananas there is folic acid that very useful for growing of baby’s body.
